Yes, Tradeit is a completely legitimate third party skin marketplace. While it is not exactly a new marketplace, it is one of the newer ones that was created during 2017. At the time of writing this, Tradeit has more than 2 million registered users and has completed almost 30 million trades since it was established. As far as customer support goes, Tradeit gives people the possibility to open tickets regarding various issues and promises to sort them out as soon as possible.
