Yes, Tradeit is a completely legitimate third party skin marketplace. While it is not exactly a new marketplace, it is one of the newer ones that was created during 2017. At the time of writing this, Tradeit has more than 2 million registered users and has completed almost 30 million trades since it was established. As far as customer support goes, Tradeit gives people the possibility to open tickets regarding various issues and promises to sort them out as soon as possible. Traders can use Tradeit services via computer or phone, however, at the time of writing this, those who wish to utilize it on a mobile phone will need to do so through a browser of their choice as there is currently no official Tradeit app.

In order to start trading on Tradeit, the first thing that you would need to do is sign into the Tradeit website, by using your Steam account information. To start this process, simply click the "Sign in" button in the top right corner of the Tradeit website. Once you have this set, you are pretty much able to start trading skins as you like.

On the screen, you will see two inventories, one on the left side and one on the right. The inventory on the left will be your own and will display items that you currently have in it and that are eligible to be traded. The other inventory will be the one belonging to the website store and will display items that are currently available for trade or purchase.

On the side where you see your own items, select any and all items that you would like to sell or trade with the website by clicking on the desired image of the skin. These can be CS: GO skins, cosmetics for any other Steam game, or even a specific card. Carefully see if you have chosen the right items, and make sure that you don't sell anything that you don't want to by accident.

Afterward, click on the image of the skin/skins that you wish to receive. You can see these in the bot's inventory on the right side of the screen. Once you have clicked on the image/ images of the skins that you like, confirm your trade request by clicking on the appropriate button.
