Cheap CS:GO Knives Skins for Karambit, Butterfly, and M9 Bayonet

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) skins do not offer you the tactical advantage that you’re craving for, they are used to express yourself in the game and possibly making you want to try to be a better player.

With the update of the “Arms Deal” in 2013, CSGO players now have the option to customise their weapons with attractive decals that could give your weapon a distinct style and personality that you can either earn at the end of a match or from a case opened with the respective key. Although CSGO skins do not offer any tactical advantage to the player, putting on such a weapon skin does increase your level of play, in the eyes of your opponents. It is because of this reason that a growing number of active CSGO players have decided to acquire CSGO skins for their weapons in order to express their style and personalities in the game.

Contrary to popular belief, obtaining CSGO skins directly from case drops may not be a viable option since there is no guarantee that you will obtain the weapon skin that is of your liking. The Rustic-looking, Field-Tested StatTrak Karambit | Scorched is recommended to Karambit owners who are in favor of timeless designs. Due to the nature of how it was designed, even the presence of scratches from the Field-Tested wear condition compliment this knife pretty well. No matter the wear values, it is still a Karambit.  

Karambit | Night (Field-Tested)

Cost: $240

Cheap Karambits may sound a bit of an oxymoron, but it is actually possible to get your hands on attractive and reasonably-priced CSGO skin like this Field-tested Karambit | Night skin. 

M9 Bayonet | Ultraviolet (Battle-Scarred)

Cost: $200

Description: It has individual parts spray-painted solid colors in a black and purple color scheme. 

Flavor Text: Elegant design paired with brutal intent

The pleasant color combination (Matte gray and purple) of M9 Bayonet | Ultraviolet is a truly awesome sight to behold in a match. The Minimal Wear version is going to cost you about 2x more than Battle-Scarred (at about $200), but it’s for sure worth it. If you are not looking to get the pristine condition of this skin, then it is best not to look into the middle. The cosmetic difference between Field-Tested, Well Worn and Battle-Scarred is negligible, hence it is better off to embrace the rugged look and go for the $200 Battle-Scarred, M9 Bayonet | Ultraviolet.

Karambit | Case Hardened (Battle-Scarred)

Cost: $260

Description: It has been color case-hardened through the application of wood charcoal at high temperatures.

Unlike most other skins, as Case Hardened skins wear and degrade in cosmetic condition, few scratches will likely appear on the edges of the blade. This means that there is not much of a difference choosing between a Battle-Scarred or a Field-Tested version. Also, the Case Hardened is generally cheaper than other CSGO skins on a Karambit. If you do insist on not getting the Battle-Scarred skin, fret not, as you can always pay a little more for Minimal Wear, for less than $75 to be exact.

M9 Bayonet | Slaughter (Minimal Wear)

Cost: $370

If you’re going with a sleeker CSGO skin like the M9 Bayonet | Slaughter, then perhaps you should consider the Factory New or Minimal Wear versions. The pattern on this blade resembles a tiger with a matt-red color tone. 

StatTrak Butterfly Knife | Crimson Web (Field-Tested)

Cost: $350

A lot of the knives that are cheap have the same set of dull colors: gray, black, or some sort of dull green or cream, but this skin is an exception. We are recommending the StatTrak version since it only make sense as there is not much price difference between Field-Tested or Battle-Scarred, so unless you are looking at the pristine condition, the StatTrak Butterfly Knife | Crimson Web in Field-Tested condition should serve your Butterfly knife well. It carries a price tag of about $350 on third-party skins marketplaces. 

StatTrak M9 Bayonet | Vanilla

Cost: $270

Everyone’s going to have their opinions about the coloring and patterns on skins. Some people will love colorful designs, some people will hate them. Some people are a fan of the scratches that lower conditions bring, and others detest them. But one thing that the majority of people agree on is that the Vanilla skins (skins without any design or condition) don’t look half bad. If you’re a person of simplicity and aren’t looking to flaunt a colorful knife about, the Vanilla M9 Bayonet is for you. You just can’t go wrong with a knife like this.

Butterfly Knife | Safari Mesh (Battle-Scarred)

Cost: $170

You didn’t think we wouldn’t include a Safari Mesh, did you? A cheap skins article without a Safari Mesh is like a Batman without a Robin. We’ve chosen to include the Safari Mesh Butterfly Knife for two reasons. Firstly, it doesn’t look too bad – yes, it isn’t the most photogenic, but I’m sure we could think up a lot more knife designs that look a lot worse than this. Secondly, it’s cheap. In fact, it’s the cheapest. We know some people on a limited budget still want to be able to admire that awesome inspect and draw animation that the Butterfly Knife carries. If that’s all you’re looking for in a knife, or don’t care too much about the colors on it, and are trying to spend the least amount of money possible, the Safari Mesh Butterfly Knife is the best option for you.
